UG Refund Policy
Refund Policy — Global UG Masters Pathway Programme

| 1 | Students are admitted to a Programme but should inform SGBS Future Foundation in writing about withdrawal / not joining the Programme before the commencement of the Programme. |

After deducting the stated amounts, the remaining balance will be refunded. |
| 2 | Students who have joined the Programme, attended classes up to 10 calendar days, and informed SGBS Future Foundation in writing about withdrawal / not continuing the Programme.
OR Students did not attend any classes but informed SGBS Future Foundation in writing about withdrawal / not continuing within 10 calendar days from the start of the Programme. |

| 3 | Students joined the SGBS Future Foundation, attended classes for more than 10 calendar days but up to 30 calendar days, and informed the SGBS Future Foundation in writing about their withdrawal / not to continue the Programme.
OR Students not attended classes and informed SGBS Future Foundation in writing about withdrawal / not continuing the Programme between 11 and 30 calendar days from the start of the Programme. |

| 4 | Students who have joined the Programme, attended classes for more than 30 calendar days and informed SGBS Future Foundation in writing about withdrawal / not continuing the Programme.
OR Students who have not attended classes and informed SGBS Future Foundation in writing about withdrawal / not continuing the Programme after 30 calendar days from the start of the Programme. |

Subject to the submission of the Undertaking
- If any student joins the Programme after 30 calendar days from the start of the Programme, the fees paid shall not be refunded by the SGBS Future Foundation.
- Application for withdrawal/cancellation of admission shall be entertained via the email of the admission department.
- Applicable GST will be deducted from the refund amount/deductions.
- The processing of refund requests will take a minimum of 3 weeks.
- In case of withdrawal under the scholarship or discount, or subsidy category, the scholarship or discount or subsidy granted shall be withdrawn, and a refund shall be granted as per the normal fee structure.
