The 2-Year full time program is one of its kind program designed by experts in the education domain and industry stalwarts. The 2-year residential program will enable holistic career development with strategic, analytical and future-focused leadership skills.

A total of 11 Career tracks comprising of 80+ electives designed and curated by Industry and Academic experts are offered. A student is required to complete 12-14 electives to craft their own specializations/career tracks. The 11 Career tracks offered are:

SGBS will offer only 120 seats in each of its PGDM program.

No, SGBS will award Post Graduate Diploma in Management which is equivalent to MBA and recognized by AICTE.

In addition to the core subjects, new age specializations, there is state-of-the art Centre For Education Beyond Curriculum which offers several Transformational Interventions under two broad categories : Value Add Programs and Employability Enrichment Corporate Certifications.

Additionally there is 10-15 days Global Immersion Program, 10 day Preparatory Module, Project Based Experiential Learning and Business Simulation from Capstone.

The course is rigorous and it demands for academic discipline, commitment and passionate involvement of students for effective learning.

Yes there are two compulsory in SAAS and Cloud Computing and UX and Design Thinking and one International certification in Idea to Business.

The PGDM curriculum is designed in such a way that you get an international perspective on different business concepts and ideas The wide range of subjects improve your business and management understanding and help you acquire or improve your interpersonal skills.

Faculty

Answer- At SPARSH Global Business School we have always believed that the learning has to be experiential, personally engaged interactive learning and benchmarked globally and therefore our academic delivery not only prepares our students to handle tomorrow's corporate challenges effectively but also transforms them into intellectual leaders.
The members of the faculty are one of the four most important pillar of any institute of higher learning. At SPARSH Global Business School we pride ourselves in our faculty pool who come from three categories

All faculty will be accessible outside of class hours. Faculty will announce their office hours at the start of the course. Students can slot appointments with the faculty/their Academic Associates. They will also be available on email and other electronic mediums post the course.

Fees And Financing

SGBS aims to charge program fees as per the programs offered and opted for, are commensurate with the quality education. The fees that we charge from our students include a variety of components such as Program fee, technology fee and exam fee, hostel fee including mess charges, library, outstation orientation fee, 10-15 days of global immersion program fee which would involve its academic cost, tickets,lodging, boarding, visa, insurance and certification.

  • Cost of books and other learning materials will be extra.
  • All students will be required to have a laptop of a specified configuration

On receiving an offer from SGBS all students will be expected to pay retention fee in order to reserve their spot in the class. This amount is a part of the overall programs fee.

At the time of accepting your offer, you are expected to pay INR 50000. The rest of the amount will be payable before the start of the programs. Relevant information will be communicated to you through emails from the admissions team.

Bank transfer - NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Cheque, Credit Card payment.

While this will be mentioned in your offer letter, under special circumstances please connect with the admissions team for further assistance.

Scholarships will be offered based on means and merit however bank loans will be available.

Once you have submitted the acceptance of your offer of admission, you can apply for an educational loan. SGBS has tie up with the State Bank of India , HDFC Bank, Axis Bank with exclusive interest rates and terms for SGBS students.

Yes, we welcome candidates sponsored by companies. These candidates will have to go through the same application process.

No, students are expected to have a laptop with Office software

No, the Application Fee is non-refundable.

Yes, the retention fee is refundable contingent on the institute's refund policy.

It is dependent on the timing of your decision. The refund is administered by the refund policy prevailing at that time. For more details, please write to admission@sparshgbs.in

To initiate a refund request, the student is required to intimate the same by writing an email to admission@sparshgbs.in . Following that, the student will be given a fee refund form. The student must then send the duly filled form along with the enclosures requested by the institute to admission@sparshgbs.in After the form is accepted, the institute will begin the refund process.

All refund requests will be processed after receiving the essential documents requested by the institute.

All candidates are eligible for these scholarships. No additional document or essay is required to be submitted. Your application will be automatically reviewed for Merit Scholarship and Women Scholarship.

SGBS has a generous scholarship fund. We provide from 15% to 100% tuition fee scholarships.

We have partnered with SBI, Axis Bank, and HDFC Credila to provide our students with education loans at competitive rates.

Admissions

To be eligible to apply to SGBS's Flagship 2-Year PGDM Programme, a student must have completed their undergraduate degree before the start date of the desired intake year. Students completing their undergraduate degree in the summer of 2024 are also eligible to apply.

Currently, SGBS accepts CAT, MAT,XAT,CMAT,GMAT, and other important National test scores. You can apply without any of these scores but will be expected to submit your preferred test score before the first Instalment date.

While a standardized test score is mandatory, there is no minimum score required by prospective students to go ahead with their applications. There are no sectional cut-offs either.

There is no special preference given to one particular test. Each test is evaluated as per its own scoring profile. You will not be at a disadvantage in picking either.

No, the online application portal allows you to save sections of your application so you can complete it in parts. We recommend you check the application deadline dates and plan accordingly.

SGBS values robustness in its candidates, thus It is highly recommended to mention extra-curricular activities (if any). However, it is not mandatory and will not affect the validity or the completeness of your application.

Each round of admissions gives prospective applicants an equal opportunity to get into SGBS. However, since the admissions are given on a rolling basis, it is highly recommended that you apply in the earlier rounds.

No, that is not required. All documents are to be uploaded on the application portal online.

Once you submit your application and the required documents have been received, your application will move to the verification stage.

You will hear from SGBS's admissions team via email about further steps in your application process.

Interviews will be conducted either in person or virtually. In case an in-person interview is scheduled, the location, time, and other logistics will be communicated to you as well. Interviews will be conducted in one of the following cities - Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, or Hyderabad.

No. There will be no form of reservation for admissions at SGBS.

Once you submit your application, information cannot be changed. However, in special circumstances where information changed after the form was submitted (funding details, etc), students need to write to the admissions team stating the reason and the change. You will be guided for further steps.

Once you have received your offer, you have the option to either accept or reject the offer. The next steps will be outlined in the email you received.

Campus, Residence, And Other Facilities

SGBS is currently located at 29/2, KP III, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar.

The institute has separate modern student residences for boys and girls. The program fee is inclusive of the student residency charges incl mess charges.

Yes, the rigor of the program requires student to stay at the student residences.

Yes. We can arrange for a visit to the residential complex, with prior notice, and at an appropriate time before the start of the session.

All students will have access to the following facilities:
- Within the Hostel: Wi-Fi, Doctor on call, 24X7 Security, paid laundry service. - Recreation: pool table, tennis tables, etc.

Apart from access to the classrooms and the library; all faculty, staff, and students will have access to dining facilities, a cafe, an activity center, a digital lab, and other such facilities. The campus will also have first aid and a wellness center.

SPARSH Global business school has a modern, state of the art infrastructure which provides conducive environment to the students learning process. It includes digitally equipped spacious classrooms, Two floor Automated Library . A Computer Lab for Simulated and Online learning environment, A Digital Studio,Conference rooms and Auditorium, a cafeteria that caters a wide range of cuisines with a stimulating ambience. Covid-19 Policy

Yes, SGBS provides Health Insurance cover to all its students.

All government guidelines with regard to the safety of students will be followed at the campus, hostel, and travel.

Career & Placements

Yes, SGBS offers campus placements.

Placements will start in the 5th Trimester, for final year students. While a few companies may start coming in from October onwards, the placements will continue till the end of March.

On completing the PGDM Programme students get placed in the respective departments of the organizations in corporate world , NGOs or start their own ventures.

The SPARSH Global Business School has a dedicated Career and Development cell which facilitates students in requisite training/grooming and suitable placement. After completion of third trimester all students go for a 8-10 weeks of paid internship. In addition students do live projects with industry, virtual internships. Thus, industry exposure in the PGDM is ongoing and diverse.

Curriculum

A fee of Rupees Five Hundred only will be charged for re-evaluation. If the student requests for a re-evaluation, the entire submission will be open for re grading, which may lead to an increase or decrease in scores. If the re-evaluation is considered inapt the amount/re-evaluation fee will NOT be refunded, and if the scores change (increase) the fee will be refunded

Yes, all required documents must be presented in English. If the original copies are in a regional language, they must be translated and verified by the respective organization.

The question needs to be put in context. It is not a question of “either” “or” but the theory and practice are complementary to each other, one without the other have little significance.
The concepts should be taken further to connect to practice and ensuring hands on experience to give clarity and confident to the students to apply in real life situation

As a standard practice in the PGDM, content of all the courses are reviewed before the start of the given term. The faculty members use diverse source of information to ensure the currency and relevancy of the content, connect with the overall curriculum, and benchmark it with the content of one national and one International premium management institute.

The Institute focusses on learning by doing. In addition to corporate faculty taking regular classes the program includes unique Global, Experiential & Transformational Interventions spread across trimesters.

The Institute has a 10000 sqft area Business Innovation Incubator to provide the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Additionally, the institute provisions a seed fund to the students in the PGDM and PCP-EI programs to facilitate hands-on experience to students to launch their own business.
