LG Electronics India, for an engaging and thought-provoking session on “Corporate’s Expectations from Fresher Hiring”.

During the session, Mr. Singh emphasized the transition from campus to interviews and further into corporate life, while underscoring the crucial differences between academic and professional environments that freshers need to adapt to with readiness.

Mr. Singh further underscored the importance of continuous upskilling and applying knowledge effectively to solve challenges and achieve goals. To illustrate this, he provided a powerful analogy from the Mahabharata, comparing the journeys of the Pandavas and Kauravas, thereby offering a meaningful perspective on leveraging skills for success.

The session was immensely enriching for our students, equipping them with practical guidance on what leading corporates seek in young professionals and how they can align their skills to thrive in today’s competitive business landscape.
