Sparsh Global Business School marked a dynamic beginning to the academic journey of the PGDM Batch 2025–27 with the Hands-On Introduction to Business Management session, led by the distinguished Prof. Dr. Ashok N. Ullal, CEO, German Simulation Pvt. Ltd. | Professor Emeritus & Former Dean, School of International Business, Reutlingen University, Germany. .

During this immersive learning experience, students engaged with iBizSim—a globally recognized international business simulation platform. The simulation provided exposure to the complexities of managing various business functions, including manufacturing, marketing, finance, operations, and strategic planning. By navigating real-world challenges such as exchange rate fluctuations, students were encouraged to think critically, collaborate effectively, and make data-driven decisions in a competitive global market environment. .

With enhanced practical knowledge and strategic insight, our students are now well-equipped to embark on their leadership journey from day one.
