Secretary cum Office Manager Preferred Candidate: Female

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules and calendars for senior leadership
  • Coordinate internal and external communication
  • Maintain confidential files and office records
  • Support office administration, meetings, and visitor hospitality
  • Interdepartmental coordination and management

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic digital tools
  • Well-organized and discreet in handling sensitive matters

Academic Coordinator or Academic Office Manager Preferred Candidate: Male

Key Responsibilities:

  • Academic calendar and timetable coordination
  • Faculty and student interface for academic processes
  • Exam and evaluation coordination, AICTE documentation
  • MIS reporting and compliance support

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in academic administration, preferably in a business school
  • Familiarity with AICTE norms and academic compliance
  • Skilled in academic documentation and teaching-learning coordination
  • Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/MIS systems
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Location: Sparsh Global Business School, Greater Noida

Remuneration: As per industry standards and experience
