Refund Policy
Sparsh Global Business School (SGBS) follows the AICTE-prescribed refund policy as outlined in the AICTE Approval Process Handbook (APH); Chapter VI, Clause 6.45.
Refund requests related to withdrawal from the PGDM 2025–27 program by provisionally admitted students will be considered under the following circumstances:

Institute Deposit of Rs. 10,000/- shall be refunded. However proportionate administrative costs, hostel & mess charges and expenses borne on Outbound activities (if any) will be deducted on a pro-rata basis from July 7, 2025 |
Policy Notes (as per AICTE APH Guidelines):
- Circumstance ‘2’ applies only if the request for admission cancellation is received after commencement (July 7, 2025) and the vacated seat is filled by another student on or before the last withdrawal date as per the AICTE Academic Calendar. However, this is not applicable to SGBS, as the admission process will be officially closed on or before July 7, 2025. Hence, no refund requests under this clause will be entertained beyond this date.
- School/Institution Leaving Certificates must not be retained in original under any circumstances.
- The refund (as applicable) and return of original documents must be completed within 7 days of the student's withdrawal request.
