Experiential Learning:

A bouquet of curated immersive pedagogy benchmarked with the best in the world and crafted by seasoned practitioners from the industry. Experiential learning model enables the learner to immerse into the learning process by engaging in real as well as simulated business situations and problem solving scenarios.

Experimental Approach:

The learners’ would be conditioned and trained to experiment with new ideas and scenarios to improve their risk taking appetite. At the core of this approach is enhancement of capabilities to confront ambiguity in life and business and be able to take charge of situations with confidence.

The objective is to cultivate entrepreneurial mindset whereby learners’ develop future orientation, critical thinking and problem solving skills through innovation and creativity, be adept at spotting opportunities and taking initiatives, be flexible, adaptive and open for collaboration apart from being self-reliant and a reasonable risk taker.

Environmental Consciousness:

The cornerstone of this approach is to sensitise learners about responsible business practices and the role of business leaders towards environmental conservation & preservation, sustainable thinking and conscious consumption to pursue business growth without any collateral damage to nature and community.
